How to Confess Your Sins

Yesterday I had the privilege of preaching on the meaning of the Lord's Supper, much of which has to do with examining ourselves first, confessing our sins and then taking the Lord's Supper in a manner worthy. I have often been asked the question, "How do I confess my sins?" and wanted to provide this attachment as a good sermon on the topic by John MacArthur.
